PROJECT PLANNER

Due to continued success in securing projects, we are looking for an exceptional Project Planner to join our highly professional team. You will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and administering projects schedules and plans on a variety of activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and that support is captured and controlled. You will actively lead and support in the creation of various plans and schedules in collaboration with the execution teams. You will work with Project, Purchase and Sales Managers to encourage project management best practice, while promoting the use of developed schedule related strategies and tools within the program and project planning.


Your duties will include, but not limited to:

· Interact with Project, Purchasing and Sales Managers as well as Design Engineers to lead the integration and harmonization of schedules from all parties involved in the project arrangements and fulfillment

· Monitor and update schedule critical path to identify risks & opportunities within ongoing projects at site

· Compile and organize project-related documents and reports

· Coordinate the detailed budgets consistent with resourced project plans

· Adheres to all legislative, regulatory and Company procedures and standards e.g. safety, quality, risk, and security etc. appropriate to the role

Successful candidate must have:

· Technical education

· Proven project planning experience, preferably in the Maritime industry

· Strong analytical and planning skills

· Multitasking skills

· Ability to complete assignments under tight deadlines

· High English language skills (spoken and written), Estonian and Russian languages ability would be a great bonus

· Attentive and conscientious, can keep a level head under pressure

· Computer skills: good MS Office experience, especially MS Excel and MS Project
