Office Administrator - SRC Netherlands

We are looking to our team Office Administrator based in Rotterdam:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company processes and procedures

  • Supporting the sales and project management team with administrative tasks and planning

  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the local company

  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)

  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures

  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data

  • Submit timely reports and will be able in assisting preparation of presentations/proposals

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CANDIDATE:

  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office

  • Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage

  • MBO / HBO in office administration or relevant field is preferred
