We offer an exciting opportunity to work with leaders in Maritime sector and be a part of a team influencing the industry. The Electrical Engineer will manage the electro-technical scope, and work with multi-disciplinary engineering teams designing vessels’ retrofit and interior facility and Maritime infrastructure projects. You will work in close co-operation with Naval Architects and Project Managers on challenging assignments that include investigating, designing, calculating, measuring, installing, trouble-shooting, and implementing a wide variety of electrical engineering issues.


Your duties will include, but not limited to:

· Interact with Technical Refit and Marine Interior Project Managers, designing engineers to develop technical drawings and create specifications for the project-based solutions

· Participate in purchasing processes to negotiate successful contracts to conform to budget requirements

· Compile and organize project-related documents and reports

· Lead and support installation team and back-up the electrical works on a site

· Follow and revise manufacturing docs, safety instructions and risk assessment procedures and protocols

Successful candidate must have:

· Education degree in the position related disciplines

· Proven electrical engineering experience, preferably in Maritime industry

· Ability to work independently and in a team

· Strong ability for multi-tasks and complete assignments under tight deadlines

· High English language skills (spoken and written), Estonian and Russian languages ability is great bonus

· Attentive and conscientious, can keep a level head under pressure

· Computer skills: AutoCAD, MS Office, CADS/E3 or similar Electrical Design software
